Yes, we have Flat Rate boxes that are for APO/FPO’s only. Does the Post Office offer discounts for shipping to United States Military? Flat rate boxes can go internationally, however the Flat Rate is different than domestic. Customs forms are required on all Priority Mail regardless of weight. Mail going internationally can only go First Class, Priority, Express, and M-Bag. If you know the weight of your package and the zip code feel free to call and ask how much the package will cost to ship. Remember, we do need the six digit zip code of where the package is going. At the KSU Contract Post Office we are always able to weigh your package and help you to choose packaging before you ship it. The USPS does provide packaging that is Non-Flat Rate.
